Refund Policy

Our refund position

Videsh Consultz will not issue refunds for early termination of the service, in whole or in part, under any circumstances. Once the process you signed up for has begun — or any portion of it has been supplied — we cannot handle refund requests.

Switching or abandoning a service

No refund or modification is made if you abandon the original service you signed up for and wish to transfer to a different one. The same applies if you decide to opt out for any reason after signing up, or if you ask to transfer your fee to a friend or family member.

By accepting the agreement you also accept that you cannot withdraw part-way through the process because of changes in your personal circumstances, and no settlement on that basis is entertained.

Fees, charges and taxes

Service charges are the ones explained and agreed with you before registration and are not tied to market charges; concerns raised after registration about the level of fees cannot be entertained, as the amounts were conveyed through all available information before you registered.

The final billing amount includes the consultation fee plus any relevant taxes. The tax component is non-refundable at any stage.

Delays outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services such as apostille, legalisation and courier services, which depend on external causes. Such delays do not qualify for a refund of service charges.

Decisions we do not control

Visa and scholarship decisions lie solely with the concerned authorities, scholarship offices, consulates and embassies. Videsh Consultz does not guarantee any visa, admission or scholarship outcome in any manner, and no refund claim can rest on a decision made by those authorities.
